OUR PROJECTS

CORNO RESTAURANT

KALISZ, POLAND

Corno Izba is a restaurant that pays tribute to the rich heritage of Podhale while embracing contemporary aesthetics. Our architectural and interior design studio oversaw every stage of the project—from the initial concept to the final implementation—ensuring a cohesive and meticulously crafted space that transports guests to the heart of the Polish Highlands.

Inspired by the warmth of a traditional highlander’s tavern, the restaurant features rustic wooden beams, intricate latticework, and signature ‘parzenice’ motifs. These time-honored elements are seamlessly integrated with modern materials such as concrete, stone, and a striking mosaic floor, offering a perfect balance between authenticity and innovation.

Every detail in Corno Izba tells a story. Hand-carved wooden ornaments reflect artisanal craftsmanship, while bespoke wooden dressers and plush, natural leather-upholstered sofas bring a refined yet cozy ambiance. By harmonizing natural textures—wood’s organic warmth, stone’s resilience, and concrete’s industrial edge—we have crafted an atmosphere that is both welcoming and visually stunning.

From concept to completion, we ensured that every design element was carefully executed to bring our vision to life. Corno Izba is more than just a restaurant—it’s an immersive experience that captures the essence of Podhale’s culture through thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship.
